Strange Disc Sports

Just wondering what everyone uses for a distance grip. I use two fingers most of the time. I can throw with power grip also, just find I usually get more snap with two.

I don't want to sound like a disc golf shrink but listen John: what you need is balance. 2 is not enough and 4 is often too much. 3 is a great odd number and the most common score in golf so believe is the #'s.
I'mma have to agree with Casey on this one...This is coming from my own personal perspective & experience: I have tried 2 through 4 and I find 3fingers is my most accurate driver grip while focusing on power, torque & snap. I know you can get more snap with 2 fingers (more rpm's) but not enough torque for a power shot, but more importantly, not enough accuracy. I only use 4 fingers (power grip) when I'm going for distance in a wide open setting.

well power grip is good for open holes and 3 finger grip is good for placement shots going 250 to 300 . but must of all it's what is good for you....
I will have to agree with your last statement" most of all it's whats good for you".

2 isn't enough, 3 is usually just right if you go 2 in the P 1 in the S...If she's a loose, open hole you can go 3 in the P, 1 in the S...Just depends and your preference...

Oh wait, we're talking disc golf aren't we?  You'll get more distance with a power grip...I use three under with 1 curled under the rim but not necessarily gripping the bottom of the disc.
