Tournement central scorecard holder?

Hey fellow DG freaks,I am looking to do a scorcard holder for tourny's,for the SIC boyz.I want to model it after Boise's(It is SIC),just wondering if anyone could give me some info on it,What size it is,what size are the pockets,ect,ect,ect,maybe even some pics,and some pics of the scorecards themselves.I think it would be cool for the club here,as we have used yours in the past,but why not have one of our own!Would apperciate any info!!

PDGA pro shop has the ScorePointe Scoreboard and the cards.
If you get the scoreboard, get one pack of both sets of cards, then in the future decide if you can make your own cards cheaper or if its easy just to get more from PDGA.
