If we can get your guys some plastic, I was thinking I could do some sort of instructional video for them including some basic rules, tips & tricks that they can take with them out onto their disc golf course.

Hey Sandy, you and Casey mentioned something about possibly introducing disc golf to your guys and I would like to help out. Casey and I have talked about how we can show them how to build disc golf targets and if you let me know how many discs or disc sets to come up with I'll see what I can do for ya. Get back to me and hopefully we can work something out.

One more comment: I saw your message to kris about "baskets" There are numerous courses that simply have poles in the ground. I've also seen people just put ribbons or spraypaint around trees(I know....desert) There is also another great idea if you get these discs. Check this out-Okay, so they're marines right? What you do is get 2 used tires, and size and mount them to a pole parallel w/ each other about 3 and 5 feet above ground. Between them they can cut out slits in the upper tire and hang a series of chains around the upper tire that dangle into the lower tire. If things work out I can draw of a detailed picture and list of materials for our marine buddys! I know if I was over there I would go crazy w/out my golf! Let's try to make this happen. Great idea. I'm really excited about it. If it comes to it, I'll try to make up some to ship or we'll fundraise to buy a couple of those 'mach lites" from Kris' store. Wow, you got me all fired up....How long do we have till' this little thing with the frisbees?

Thankyou so much for the invite. It feels so nice to have family over here on this end of the world!! But, I know...but I have been planning on leaving for Boise on Oct. 12th and will be gone for the winter season. We'll have to keep in touch so you'll have an idea of when I'll be on the east coast again. Thanx again for the offer. That's really nice of you guys.
As far as the discs. I think that is a marvelous idea and just so happens that Kris is in the middle of, or what seems to be the ending of a long project of creating a logo. He'll be thrilled of your inquire and I'll make sure he is correspondance very soon. (he has a tournament and vending opportunity in Burlington, NC this weekend but I'll make sure he gets back to you next week)
